Binance Expands Real-World Asset Offerings with Ondo Tokenized Securities

The crypto exchange giant has incorporated 10 tokenized securities from Ondo, including stocks, ETFs and commodities, on its Binance Alpha platform following regulatory clearance in the UAE, broadening real-world asset availability.

The world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, Binance, is introducing support for tokenized equities provided by Ondo Global Markets as part of its continued expansion into real-world assets (RWAs).

According to an announcement provided to Cointelegraph on Tuesday, the exchange has incorporated Ondo's tokenized stocks, funds and commodities onto its Binance Alpha platform.

The initial launch encompasses 10 tokenized assets, featuring AAPLon, NVDAon and QQQon, which represent Apple, Nvidia and the Invesco QQQ Trust ETF respectively, with plans to introduce more assets down the line.

At Binance, we're committed to giving our users easier access to a wider variety of products that meet their trading needs.

This deployment contributes to the increasing uptake of Ondo's tokenized securities, which have seen recent integrations with MetaMask and Blockchain.com, as well as an integration with Trust Wallet in September 2025.

Rollout approved by UAE authorities

According to a Binance spokesperson who communicated with Cointelegraph, the tokens received authorization through regulatory approvals obtained from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority in Abu Dhabi.

The offering is available exclusively through Binance Alpha, a dedicated platform within Binance Wallet that debuted in late 2024. Alpha operates separately from Binance's spot and futures trading platforms, though users can gain access to it for exploring onchain assets either from Binance Exchange or through their Binance Wallet.

The announcement further noted that both Binance and Ondo tokenized stocks and ETFs remain unavailable in the United States.

Binance has been rolling out tokenized RWAs since 2025

This most recent partnership with Ondo represents a significant advancement into tokenized equities, coming on the heels of comparable initiatives undertaken by competing exchanges Coinbase and Kraken last year.

The exchange spokesperson informed Cointelegraph that experimentation with tokenized RWAs commenced in July 2025, referencing Circle's USYC tokenized money market fund and OpenEden's cUSDO.

The platform proceeded to incorporate additional tokenized assets with the integration of BlackRock's tokenized short-term US Treasury fund in November.

During January, Binance introduced gold and silver perpetual futures that settle in Tether's USDt (USDT) stablecoin, thereby extending crypto-denominated access to precious metals trading. At the beginning of February, the exchange additionally unveiled an institutional off‑exchange collateral program developed in collaboration with Franklin Templeton.

This latest advancement by Binance into real-world assets is not without precedent for the company. The exchange previously provided tokenized versions of crypto and technology company stocks, such as Coinbase and MicroStrategy in 2021 before suspending trading due to regulatory scrutiny.

The company declined to disclose to Cointelegraph which provider was utilized or additional details regarding the 2021 offering.

Exploring the potential to offer tokenized RWAs is a natural next step in our mission to bring traditional finance and crypto closer together as we continue to actively build infrastructure and develop innovative solutions for our users and the industry.
