Solana Network Welcomes WisdomTree's Complete Range of Tokenized Funds
Asset manager WisdomTree expands to Solana blockchain with its complete tokenized fund portfolio, highlighting speed advantages in its multi-chain regulatory approach.

On Wednesday, U.S.-based asset management firm WisdomTree announced it is bringing its tokenized fund offerings to the Solana blockchain, describing the move as an extension of its "multi-chain deployment strategy."
The issuer of exchange-traded products explained that this strategic move will allow institutional clients as well as retail investors to "mint, trade, and hold WisdomTree's full suite of tokenized funds on Solana, supporting the growth of on-chain offerings."
The firm's complete lineup of tokenized investment products — encompassing money market funds, equities, fixed income instruments, alternatives, and asset allocation portfolios — is now available for trading on the Solana platform.
The asset manager previously launched a variety of tokenized fund products on multiple blockchain networks including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base and Optimism.

Solana is the fourth-largest for distributed assets
According to data from RWA.xyz, Solana ranks as the fourth-largest blockchain platform for distributed tokenized RWA network asset value, with approximately $1.3 billion in total value.
The network commands a 5.6% share of the distributed assets market, though it significantly trails the layer-1 blockchain Ethereum, which maintains over 60% market dominance in this sector.
Hannon further explained that Solana's technological infrastructure "allows us to meet growing crypto-native demand while maintaining the regulatory standards institutions expect," noting that the platform was chosen specifically for its high transaction speeds.

The tokenized funds will be accessible to users via two distinct platforms: WisdomTree Connect and WisdomTree Prime, with the added functionality of enabling direct on-ramp capabilities for USDC from Solana directly into these applications.
