Our terms of trading

  1. Privacy: We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
  2. Delivery Policy: Where possible we deliver our systems ourselves and we aim to deliver to you stocked items within 7 days.  Bespoke items will take longer depending on requirements and lead times will be discussed with you when your quote is produced.
  3. Refund/Cancelation Policy: Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. Once your item as been delivered you have 30 days to return it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. You will need to produce the receipt as proof of purchase. Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you on the state of your refund after inspection. Your refund will then be processed within 10 working days.
  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount paid.
